What forms of payment do we take?

We receive payments through PayPal. No worries if you do not have a PayPal account, PayPal allows you to checkout as a guest. You will be directed to PayPal to proceed with payment. Other electronic forms of credit card payments coming soon! ​

What is our return and refund policy?
​
We have a 30-day refund policy: customers can buy products, try it and if they are unsatisfied, they can return it within 30-days. A full refund or replacement will be offered. You will be responsible for paying shipping fees for returning your item(s).
How fast will my items ship?
Standard items ship within 3 business days. Personalized items ship within 5 business days. Shipment times for commercial projects will vary based on order specifications.

Who makes your product?

All of our items are CNC plasma cut and then handcrafted by the owners, Jason and Cheryl Johnson. Together we come up with ideas, design our items, and then create them.
​What is our privacy policy?
​
Our customers privacy is of utmost concern to us. We do not use customer information for any purposes other than marketing our own products and services. We never sell information to other parties.
